Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Plainflow platform at plainflow.io. By using Plainflow, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Plainflow is a cryptocurrency market analysis platform. We provide data visualisation and analytical tools based on publicly available market data. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or provide custody of any assets.

2. Not Financial Advice

Plainflow is an informational tool, not an investment advisor. All signals, flow analysis, market regime indicators, and other outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Plainflow. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person. Shared or automated account access is not permitted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute Plainflow data or analysis.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Resell or sublicence access to the platform.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and analysis methodology on Plainflow is owned by us. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plainflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions informed by our data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
